The bronzed babes at Rollins College have been lucky enough to soak up rays poolside all year long down in Winter Park, Florida. Thanks to Scout’s new line of stylish indigo beach bags, now they can schlep their belongings to the campus pool in practical fashion.

Navy or multicolor stripes, indigo ikat, turquoise chevron, and neutral crocodile, this Spring’s prints look especially chic with maxi dresses and floppy hats. Although we wouldn’t recommend it, worst case scenario you can even canon ball off the diving board with the water resistant bags in the pool for everyone’s amusement. (more…)

Bow ties, suspenders and madras Oh My!

Foxfield 2012 proved to be a wet and wild day full of crazy antics, water logged koozies and sopping wet tailgates. That didn’t stop these dapper looking gents from bringing their style savvy A game, though.

Mr. Foxfield was around every corner this year and we were there to greet him with a friendly smile and over sized camera.  There were many of our tried and true favorite looks… seersucker suits, madras prints, bow ties, colored blazers and crazy pants. But our two favorite trendsetting finds that swept the infield were suspenders and a dash of 80′s flare.

Reflective glasses and neon colored rain slickers with retro 80′s graphics were the highlight of the show and screamed, “I’m loud, proud and ready to partake in the festivities, no matter how wet it is.” While 80′s neon was cool, (more…)

Foxfield Races weren’t as glamorous this year due to April rain showers and 50 degree temperatures. But regardless of the damp Charlottesville weather, girls still rocked the proper steeplechase attire like good southern belles would.

From strapless lace dresses and flirty red ditsy prints, to bright orange blazers and exotic maxi gowns… girls were looking fly all day long, just with an extra layer of Barbour love and a cute pair of purple Hunter boots.

Spotted outside Stanford housing, Ben, Nick and Jack rocking west coast polos by johnnie-O and Scottie Hampton shades. The California based apparel brand looks fitting on the sunny campus as the juniors enjoy a Friday afternoon BBQ and some playful activities.

From tricycle riding to flag football and surfing, the Stanford gents live quite the adventurous life when not crushing work in the library. Thanks to johnnie-O, they now enjoy those leisure hobbies in unique style. Toss aside the traditional Ralph Lauren and grab yourself a johnnie-O polo in long sleeve or striped this spring to be a little different.

Ben sports the Long Sleeve 4 Button Polo while Nick and Jack wear the Striped 4-button Polo in spearmint and light blue. Size? Large.

Meet Caroline, a Tulane junior in Kappa Kappa Gamma who shows off her trendy Dana Gibson chevron and ikat accessory bags in her sorority colors, shades of blue.

From Clinton, New York, a small town where Hamilton College is, Caroline explains “I love the Dana Gibson accessories because they’re so versatile. I can throw anything in them for class or use them as a clutch even. The sunglasses case is perfect for summer.”

Showing off her spring break tan, the Tulane undergrad proves that seersucker is a perfect back drop to the chic printed bags for summer. (more…)

Spring flings, summer concerts, and steeple chase horse races call for a little pastel pimping of your social wardrobe. It’s important you go all out with your ensembles at these events, (hats, bow ties, seersucker suits, planters punch… the works) in order to fully experience and fit in at these fine gatherings.

It’s not every day you see neon pink and leopard print on Stanford University’s campus. Usually it’s a whole lot of Cardinal red, denim and muted colors. But, in celebration of the warm weather and bright sunshine, junior Grace was spotted in her brightest colored bottoms in the campus bookstore.

Like her look? If you want to really stand out from the crowd, you shouldn’t stop with the shorts either. Be bold and mix that bright color with something unexpected. Grace experiments mixing bright with prints, by pairing her neon pink shorts with her leopard Yosi Samra flats and black sparkly hair tie. Let’s be honest, school spirit is totally infectious!  With thousands of young, wildly enthusiastic students coming together to chant and rage over one giant, common cause it’s important to rock the appropriate colors with pride.  More importantly though, is to look AWESOME while doing it.

While lots of brands out there provide you with attractive clothes to sport on game day or graduation, none of them provide you with a line of SMOKING HOT party shoes like SweetU.

For the orange and blue goddess, you should boast the “Graduation” heel or the “Party Flat” to spice up your color blocked outfit or seersucker dress. With Spring officially underway, comes ditsy printed shorts and skirts, flirty lace dresses, cowboy boots and the item that pulls it all together… jean jackets.

The spring calls for coral colored t-shirts, navy blue collared shirts with red gingham pockets, girls in short shorts, and lots of day drinking.

Enter VoyVoy. Started by Nat Disston, a senior at Georgetown and Connecticut native, VoyVoy clothing is a brand favorite at Rollins College (you might recognize it from the Strong Boalt photo shoot), Hobart, and now UNC.

Spotted at the Old Well, where rumor has it students who drink from the fountain will get all A’s for their semester, McCorkle Place, and the Morehead Sundial, Cody, Jon, Kayla and Emma rocking VoyVoy tees, polos, and long sleeve shirts in Chapel Hill. (guys in larges, girls in smalls)

Uscoop rep-star Kristina says…. “The shirts are all great because they are so soft and comfortable. On both girls and guys, the shirts can be dressed up or worn casually. Kayla loved that she could rock a t-shirt and still look cute enough to go straight back to day drinking on the Pantana Bob’s porch. The preppy-casual was definitely her element. (more…)
